Why it is not recommended to disassemble and clean the inside of the water pump？
In order for your water pump to last as long as possible, we recommend flushing the impeller with water instead of disassembling.

What should I do if I find that the water is running low or not coming out?
It is recommended that the filter and sponge be checked for cleanliness. Fountain should be cleaned at least every two weeks. If you live in a hard water area, please clean the fountain once a week.

Are there any cleaning recommendations before first time use?
To ensure better use, we recommend that you rinse thoroughly with boiled water before first time use.

What is the on/off button on the power cord for?
This button only serves to turn the blue light on/off.

Is this pet foutnain dishwasher safe?
Yes, and please note that the pump, filter and sponge parts should be removed.
